• Be on time.
• Listen to your coach.
• Keep your head above water when at the wall.
• Keep your body in your own space.
• Walk on the pool deck.
• Bring a towel and goggles

• Keep children away from the pool until one of the coaches calls them to the pool.  
• One parent needs to remain at the pool during practice times for kids 10 and younger.
• The baby pool is not to be used during practice time for ANY age level. 
• Allow coaches to do their job.  Please do not interrupt, unless there is an emergency. 

We communicate all practice cancellations and delays by email and Swimtopia. Please download the Swimtopia app to your phone to receive up to date notifications. 

We practice during rain.  If there is lightning within 10 miles, as reported on the WeatherBug app, all swimmers need to remain out of the pool for 30 minutes after the threat has left the area. If lightning is recorded within 6 miles, the pool deck must be cleared and the pool area vacated. Cancellations and delays will be sent via SwimTopia notification.
