CLUB MEMBERSHIP

All swimmers must be members of the Afton Village Swim Club.  We have two options for joining: 

• Option 1 - Full Time Afton Members
  • $600 - pool access from opening day until closing day (Labor Day).
• Option 2 - Swim Team ONLY Members
  • $300 - pool access from opening day until June 30th. 

TEAM PARTICIPATION FEES  (these are in addition to the club membership and are per swimmer)

Ages 4 – 10, including half lappers*: $85

Ages 11 – 15: $75

Ages 16 – 18: $25

REGISTRATION

Select the registration based on which membership you will join (full time club member or swim team only club member).  Once you register for the swim team on Swimtopia, you will receive an email with a link to pay for your Afton Village Swim Club membership.

REFUND POLICY:

If a swimmer decides not to be a member of the team after registering:

• Swim Team fees (minus stripe fees) can be refunded if requested by May 6th, 2026
• No refunds will be awarded after this deadline
• The cost of swim caps, t-shirts and swimsuits are not refundable

VOLUNTEERING

Our team is volunteer-run and can't make the season work without you.  Each family is required to volunteer 3 shifts per season.  

USA/CLUB SWIMMERS

The drop date for all USA swimmers is March 8, 2026.  Swimmers may not train with or compete with their club team after the drop date in order to be eligible to swim with Afton or any other team in MSBSC.  Violation of this eligibility rule will result in a one year league suspension for the swimmer and the forfeiting of any meet he/she competes in.

Stroke clinics or swim lessons are allowed and recommended.  Dad's Club, HTX Swims, etc offer these options.
